Order Accuracy & Sizing
We kindly ask customers to carefully review all product details and sizing charts before placing an order. As each item is selected or made with care, we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. However, we are always happy to assist in finding the best fit or answering questions about sizing prior to purchase—just reach out!
Shipping & Delivery Delays
Once an order has been fulfilled and turned over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control of the delivery timeline. While we do our best to ensure prompt shipment, we cannot be held financially responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. This includes, but is not limited to, weather delays, transit issues, and carrier errors.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we understand how frustrating this can be. Please notify us right away, and we will work closely with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. That said, we are not financially liable for items damaged or lost in transit, but we are here to support you through the claims process and provide any needed documentation.
Refunds & Returns
At this time, we do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. However, our goal is your satisfaction, and we will do our absolute best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise. This includes helping with exchanges when possible, offering store credit in select circumstances, or guiding you through solutions that make sense for both parties.
